LIFE University is currently seeking (2) Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainers to provide Athletic Training services (1) for it's Rugby Super League Team(RSL) and (1)for General Athletic Training working in the athletic training room.
Job Description
One athletic trainer will be responsible for all athletic training
services to either the Rugby Super League Team or for providing athletic
training services in the athletic training room, including, but not
limited to:
1) Traditional athletic training services (evaluation and rehabilitation
of athletic injuries),
2) Coverage of or assisting in home events,
3) One will travel with the Rugby Super League Team
4) Appropriate documentation of services,
5) Daily Communication with Head Athletic Trainer and Coach Additional Salary Information: Stipend based on $1,000/mo. $12,000 paid over 26 pay periods. A Tution waiver is provided up to 12 Credits.
Normal Load for MS Program is 12 Credits,opportunity to complete MS in 1 year.

Required:
- NATABOC certified
- Eligible for Georgia Athletic Training state
licensure,
Rugby Experience Preferred or another High Risk Contact Sport Experience
Students will continue course work and GA duties within the summer quarters. Time off dependant on athletic demand, aka. breaks and summer. 3 weeks Winter, 1 Week Thanksgiving, 3 weeks Summer guaranteed.
Position Placement finalized upon acceptance into a Sports Health Science Masters or into the DC Program.
